What does Building Your Capacity do?
We provide NDIS Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination to help you understand your plan, connect with the right providers, and build the skills to manage your supports with confidence. Our focus is on empowering you to make informed decisions and achieve your goals.

Support Coordination helps you:

1. Understand your NDIS plan

It’s about giving you the tools and guidance to take control of your NDIS journey.

Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) is for participants with more complex needs. It involves:

1. Coordinating multiple providers

2. Managing high‑risk or crisis situations

3. Developing long‑term stability strategies

4. Ensuring your supports remain effective and safe

This service provides a higher level of expertise and hands‑on coordination.

If your NDIS plan includes Support Coordination or Specialist Support Coordination funding, you can access our services. If you’re unsure whether you have this funding, we can help you check your plan and understand your options.

We operate during standard business hours and are closed on all NSW public holidays. For essential or urgent needs, we can arrange pre‑scheduled support to ensure continuity of care.

Our services are funded through your NDIS plan under Support Coordination or Specialist Support Coordination. There are no out‑of‑pocket costs if you have the appropriate funding.
